Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority. We would like to share with you the steps we are taking to protect all our guests and staff during these uncertain times.

We are maintaining our existing high standards of cleanliness and our cleaning staff have received additional training in appropriate disinfection techniques.

We ask any LOGA employee or partner who feels ill to stay home from this time.

We have increased flexibility for all reservations made on loga.ch. For cancellations made at any time prior to arrival, we will provide LOGA with credits for the full value of the booking, no questions asked. The credits can be used for future reservations and are valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

If you have booked on other websites, please contact them directly.

If you have any questions about an upcoming booking, email us at mail@loga.ch. We are actively monitoring the situation and following the guidelines of the FOPH and the World Health Organisation. We will continue to respond based on their advice and keep you informed of future developments.

LOGA Holidays & Real Estate

You can confirm the booking of your holiday home online with a link sent to you or simply return it by post or e-mail with the signed rental contract.

As soon as you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a link where you can view your booking and add further services. You also have the option of tracking amounts already paid and amounts still outstanding.

We offer standard bed linen and towels (white, 100 % cotton). On arrival, the bed is freshly made and the towels are ready.

Of course, you will always find cleaned accommodation.

In our office you will always find a competent contact person who can help you. Our employees can be reached in person at the office at Via San Gian 42a in St. Moritz or by telephone.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have. In addition to information, we are also happy to provide tips for your time out in the mountains.

We are happy to assist you in our office during our opening hours. If you arrive outside these, the key will be deposited. There are various possibilities for this. Therefore, please contact us before your arrival.

Check-in is generally possible from 16.00. If you would like to arrive a little earlier, please let us know in advance.

Check-out is by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Should you wish to depart later, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any additional charges can be settled at our office. The following payment methods are possible: Cash, EC, Maestro, Postcard, Mastercard, VISA, V-Pay, Twint, American Express (from CHF 500.- we charge a fee).

You can pre-order cots from us. We will be happy to provide you with these for CHF 10 per week. You will then find them in the rented holiday home when you arrive.

Please note that you must bring your own bedding such as blanket, duvet and pillow.

On your arrival, the following utensils are available in the accommodation:

  • Toilet paper (at least one roll per toilet).
  • 2 dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher. If you need more, you are welcome to obtain them from us.
  • 1 red waste bag per flat. If you need more, you can also purchase them individually from us or in local shops (e.g. Coop, Volg).

The basic kitchen equipment includes:

  • Pans and pots
  • Crockery, cutlery and glasses
  • Salt and pepper
  • Washing-up liquid
  • Cleaning sponge and cloth
  • Drying cloth
  • Chicco d'Oro espresso machine
  • Kitchen knife and other utensils
  • Electric kettle
  • various kitchen utensils

Not all flats have a fondue or raclette. If you do not find one, we will be happy to provide you with one free of charge. As the number is limited, please contact us in advance.

Do you have any special questions? Please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are happy to carry out an intermediate cleaning. Please inform us of your wish at least 2 days in advance. We will then be happy to inform you about the individual costs, as these vary depending on the flat.

You are welcome to contact us if you would like a change of linen. The cost for the complete package with bed linen and towels for the bathroom is CHF 30 per person.

Any defects in the flat must be reported on the day of arrival so that they can be fixed.

You can order your equipment online with a 10% discount through our partner Skiservice Corvatsch. Delivery is also possible directly to our office, so you can conveniently take everything with you when you arrive.

Since 1 September 2018, a new pricing model has been in force for the ski passes of the Upper Engadine mountain railways. The prices for day and multi-day passes vary depending on demand on the respective day of validity. Early bookers who book 15 days or more in advance save up to 30 % with the "Snow Deal". Information at www.snow-deal.ch. At your request, we can organise the ski tickets for you. Please note that we do not receive any discount on prices communicated via www.snow-deal.ch.

All our flats have a parking space that belongs to the holiday home. The number of associated parking spaces can be seen in the rental contract. If you need more, please inform us in advance and we will see if there is an option.

All our holiday homes have an internet connection. A few have "only" a hotspot that runs over the mobile phone network.

All our flats are classified by stars according to the specifications of the STV (Swiss Tourism Association).
