APARTEMENT DESCRIPTION

Modern 3 ½ room apartment in the first floor, about 90m2. Entrance with hall stand. Bright living room with cosy dining table and access to the balcony - south side with a nice mountain view. Apple TV. Master bedroom with TV. Another bedroom with 2 separate single beds and small balcony. All beds have special adjustable health mattresses. Bath with tub, toilet and sink. Separate kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Wash machine and dryer are in the basement. Indoor parking. Animals are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The house Randolina has a quiet location behind the Ski Service Corvatsch. Public transport and the ski lifts are just a few steps. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away.

Parkplatzgroesse sowie Ein- und Ausfahrt kann problematisch sein bei Vollbelegund des Mehrfamilienhauses. Schraenke in den Schlafzimmer riechen muffig. Genossen den sonnigen Balkon.

A nostro avviso l'appartamento non merita le 4 stelle per le ragioni seguenti.

1. Assenza di ascensore

2. Presenza di un solo bagno e piccolo

3. Cucina piccola

4. Appartamento poco isolato: si sentono molto i rumori dei vicini e delle scale.

5. Condominio vecchio e garage decisamente scomodo.

Di positivo:

1. Arredato con gusto e in modo accogliente

2. Le varie zone dell' appartamento si possono separare con porte

3. Letti confortevoli

4. Molto soleggiato

5. Vicinissimo allo skilift
