APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Studio on the ground floor, 40 m2. Seating area with south / west, mountain view. Renovated in late 2014. Entrance, kitchenette with dishwasher and ceramic hob. Coffee machine CHICCO D'ORO. Living room with dining area in the local style and sofa bed. Pine wood double bed (180x200). Radio with iPod / iPhone station, and TV. Bathroom with rain shower / sink / bidet / WC. Garage space. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located in the structure of the hotel Giardino Mountain *****. During the high season, the infrastructure of the hotel can be used. Natural colours and materials from the region meet up with trendy design. Heart and meeting place in the hotel's bar. Gastro is next to the main restaurant RISTORANTE GUARDALEJ and the Engadine Stueva, both of which are run by Markus Rose, the RISTORANTE ECCO ON SNOW an absolute highlight. Chef Rolf Fliegauf has already earned two Michelin stars in the RISTORANTE ECCO in the HOTEL GIARDINO in Ascona and during the winter months he and his team give a culinary guest performance in the upper Engadine. The Mountain Spa offers beauty, styling, harmony, vitality, life balance, aqua- and lifestyle- therapies as well as professional consulting. The hotel is located in the centre of Champfèr, in a quiet location. Bus stop, grocery stores as well as hiking and cycling trails are nearby. Cableway, tennis courts and surfing opportunities can be found about 3 km away.

Wer nicht mit Mikrowellen-Geräten vertraut ist, wäre froh um eine kurze Anleitung zur Bedienung.

Hinweis, wo befindet sich die Waschmaschine würde das Suchen ersparen.

wie schon bei Schlüsselabgabe bemerkt:

- Radio und Haustelefon (mit Hotel) scheinen ausser Betrieb zu sein

- Anmerkung für den Besitzer: der "unbiegsame" Duschschlauch sollte durch einen flexiblen ersetzt werden, um nicht die bereits leicht wasserbeschädigten Wände weiter zu beschädigen

- der Stuhl am Schreibtisch sollte neu verklebt werden an den Beinen, er fängt an, sich zu lösen
