APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This exclusive duplex apartment right at the slope next to the forest offers approximately 170 m² living space with 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony (south-west facing) in a quiet and sunny location.

The entrance area leads directly to the dinette for up to 10 persons and to the full equipped kitchen.

On this floor are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with a sofa bed for 1 person) and 1 bathroom with shower and WC.

The wall panels are covered in high quality Swiss stone pine which give the whole apartment a unique, cosy exclusive alp character. The open wooden staircase takes you to the upper area with a spacious, open gallery-style living room with a cosy sofa corner and an open fireplace.

A small desk right by the window can be used as a reading corner/workplace.

From the living area you have direct access to the balcony. From the balcony you can listen to the creek nearby and enjoy a gorgeous view to the Corvatsch summit.

On the top floor there are two more double rooms with fitted wardrobes, (the second double room is only accessible through the first one) and one bathroom with a whirlpool, double sink and toilet/bidet.

Wi-Fi and Swisscom TV are available for free.

SPECIAL:

You are welcome to help yourself to a small, honour system run, choice of wines, spirits (rum, grappa, gin) and cigars provided by the apartment owner. Cheese fondue set available and firewood offered for free. The owner will surprise you with a little something if you stay for more than a week.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:

The house is located directly next to the kids ski slopes and just a few minutes away from the Corvatsch-lift station.

One garage place is inside the house and is accessed via an electric gate and two covered spots for guest are available.

There is a shared ski room and a laundry room in the house.

The lakes, footpaths and trails, as well as bus stops are within a short walking distance from the house.

Geräumig auf zwei Etagen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage direkt an der Piste ist perfekt.

We especially liked the high quality furnishings of the apartment and the quiet location.

For improvement - it would be nice to have some bedside lamps. There were no bedside lamps and no possibility to switch off the main bedroom lights from the bed, meaning we had to first switch off the lights and then find the bed in the dark. Bedroom curtains were insufficient - none in the lower floor double bedroom, and in the upper floor bedroom the curtains were facing the wrong way and only partly covering the window.

We really enjoyed staying at Chesa Cresta. Many thanks!

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr warm, und die Heizung nicht einfach zu regulieren. In der Küche fehlen eine Schöpfkelle und Nehmelöffel. Außerdem fehlen in einigen Schlafzimmern noch Gardinen. Ansonsten ist alles tip-top, und wir würden wie besprochen gerne für für den 3. bis 17. März 2018 vorsorglich schon einmal reservieren. Vielen Dank!
