APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Beautiful 4½-room apartment spread over two floors, on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor, with magnificent mountain views. The living room has a balcony, a dining area, a sofa and a Swedish stove as well as a TV. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, fondue set, raclette rechaud and toaster. There is one bedroom with a double bed (200x200) and one bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower and two washbasins, as well as a toilet. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed (200x200) and adjoining bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. A garage parking space is also available. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment will undergo extensive renovation in the summer of 2026. New photos will follow in the autumn.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located in the structure of the Hotel Giardino Mountain *****. The hotel's infrastructure can be used during the high season: Natural colours and building materials from the region meet trendy design. The centrepiece and meeting point of the hotel is the bar. In addition to the main restaurant HIDE & SEEK and the Engadine STÜVA, the RISTORANTE ECCO ON SNOW is an absolute gastronomic highlight. The Dipiu` Spa offers beauty, styling, harmony, vitality, life balance, aqua and lifestyle therapies as well as professional consultations. The hotel is situated in the centre of Champfèr, in a quiet location. Bus stop, grocery shops and hiking and cycling trails are in the immediate vicinity. The cable car, tennis courts and surfing facilities are approx. 3 km away.

Use of the wellness/spa and fitness area is free of charge. The hotel shuttle service is also free of charge.
