Chesa Randolina is situated on the edge of the forest in a quiet location. Numerous cross-country ski runs and varied hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Corvatsch mountain railway can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. In winter, Corvatsch is a popular excursion destination thanks to its beautiful ski slopes. In summer it is the starting point for many hikes. In winter, the sports bus runs every half hour in all directions. The bus stop is close to the house (approx. 100 metres away). There is a bakery in Surlej and other shops in Silvaplana, about 1 km away.
